Angela’s began contracting primarily providing Maintenance, Paint, and Clean (MPC) services on apartment turns for property management companies in the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. After successfully providing quality service, our clients began requesting our team participate in capital enhancement and replacement projects and various other projects. Our expert technicians are well versed in the various building trades and our established network of partners enables us to meet every customer need that arises.
Our contracted partners are personally vetted by our leaders before being assigned job tasks. Additionally, we provide vigorous quality control and on site coaching until they have proven knowledgeable of our processes and customer service expectations, but it does not stop there! Meetings to review customer service feedback, job efficiency, and adherence to our standard operating procedures are conducted regularly.
