Introduction: I would want to do property inspections on a “part time” basis, literally 7 days per week from 9 am to 4 pm. I believe that inspections on occupied homes can be done in less than 10 minutes. However, to do a thorough review of a Vacant property can and should take a half hour. Online applications such as InspectorADE and EZinspections are easy to populate, but not “walking the property”. Many mistakes are made simply because of the rush and thumbing in important documentation. It began operations in 2011 as an importer of 4′ and 8′ LED tubes for the deep hole mining industry. Eventually, G.E., Phillips and a few others undercut our pricing and we exited. During 2014 and 2015 we sold and installed LED tubes in Brevard County businesses. Again we stopped this activity when Lowes and Home Depot brought in a lower priced and inferior screw in tube leaving the ballast to drain energy and do nothing.

EnviroGreen was also involved in the design and manufacture of dome homes and library structures in the Leyte Province of the Philippines having built over 300 structures that uses basalt re-bar non-corrosive rather than steel re-bar so that the structures would last 300 years and not be subject to demolishing by typhoons. These homes includes all utilities except A/C.

Prior to that, I was a Senior Contracts Manager for T-Mobile in Bellevue, Washington and was the coordinator to build the “Call Center” in Wenatchee Washington (300mm project). Also responsible for Contract workers who built the backbone of the T-Mobile Transmission Towers across the USA. This included running a team of inspectors to insure that we got what we paid for.

I spent 28 years in Saudi Arabia working for the larges fully integrated company in the world. I left from a Middle Management position which oversaw the work over of refineries, transmission and distribution lines and facilities. All of these events required work certification activities on a monumental scale.
