I do all types of independent contractor work from merchandising, promotions, demonstrations, resets, document services, data entry, mystery shopping, to property inspections, preservation work, and investigations.

We provide an in-person visual inspection of homes, apartment buildings and other commercial real estate properties.

My business does/will do what any other Property Inspection Company does. We will go inspect the house an see first if its vacant or occupied. An than take are photos to back are statement of it being vacant or occupied. If inside photos of the are house needed we will take all required photos of the inside of the house as well as any damages to the inside or outside of the residence. As well as doing any extra the client asks of us.

I am a self sufficient self motivated independent contractor with great customer service skills. I am highly motivated and organized. I would love to serve your mortgage inspections needs.
