Newman Vending has a lot of different services to offer. Starting off as a vending machine route and now doing property inspections, property preservation, remodels, renovations and more. As inspectors we see a lot of properties out there that are deteriorating due to lack of maintenance or vandalism. Because of this, we would like to do a lot more property preservation than what we have done in the past. It is hard to do inspections on properties week after week and to watch damages or wear and tear get worse over the seasons.
