We offer Full Mortgage and Insurance Inspection's as Well as Full Property Preservation services for mortgage holders and a 24Hr 365 day Handyman service to your homeowners. We are a fairly new company being established only for a year but we have over 15 years experince in the construction skilled trade from simple lawn maintence to a full addition on a home that was designed and built from start to finish by Gs3. We hold a few state leveal lisence and Genral Libilty &AD&D Insurance as well as a company vehile's and service trailers that are new condition and properly maintain and trailers equip with all the tools needed for multiple duties as well as provideing a safe and secure way to pickup and deliver or store matirals for certian Preservation jobs as requied by work order with less than a 2 year old 16ft enclosed trailer with camera's and secure locking. We also provide on the job live video feed of work in progress that can be recorded and saved by clinet for an extra fee. This is very helpful with the comfort of knowing the progress of your job order's as well as making a good relationship with your contractor.
