I have completed assignments in a vast array of retail businesses including online retail, brick and mortar retail stores, housing, banking, restaurants, car sales, and more assessing the customer experience. I am able to observe several different things simultaneously while keeping track of time. I am acutely aware of the importance of being objective relating to others professionally.

I have been a Virginia State Notary Public for more than 20 years. I have been operating as a Mobile Notary for the past 20+ years performing notary signing duties across the state of Virginia. I have polished communication skills in establishing rapport with individuals from diverse socioeconomic, and multi-cultural backgrounds. I am very organized and work well under pressure. I am very reliable and dependable, and I have a flexible schedule which accommodates last minute assignments.

• and certify copies (excluding documents in governmental custody, e.g., birth certificates, death certificates, etc.)
I am also a Certified Real Estate Loan Document Signing Agent.
My Signing Agent duties include but not limited to;
• Print and prepare loan documents.
• Review closing documents for accuracy in personal and legal information.
• Organized lender loan documents in preferred order and copied for physical presentation.
• Described closing documents and obtained signatures.
• Notarized loan documents and other legal documents.
Fax or e-mail documents required by the signing companies immediately after signings completed.
