I am a seasoned Real Estate Appraiser with 20 years+ experience with residential and commercial property inspections. I have inspected and appraised property in Florida and in numerous counties throughout metro Atlanta. I have also serviced the Atlanta Metro as a residential & commercial property tax consultant. As a property tax representative I conducted property inspections on all properties I represented. I’m here to offer that expertise to national and individual property inspection clients and mortgage lenders who need this service. Additionally, I have working experience as a county tax assessor experience with the Gwinnett County Tax Assessors’ Office.
