About Our Company Our company provides inspections and property preservation services. We perform occupancy, first time vacant, and insurance loss inspections. Property preservation services include most maintenance and light repair services, interior and exterior debris removal, cleaning, securing, some hazard removal, deodorizing, carpet/vinyl removal, minor carpentry, and painting. If it's something we can't do in house, we will hire a subcontractor who will be able to do it better.
