About Our Company

Hello I am Charles Johnson owner of Suave Realty and we have performed quality control inspections for many commercial and residential clients over the decades. I started as a cable/internet installer for a cable company in 1999, was promoted to service after 6 months and then Quality Control 6 months after that. I received my Real estate license in 2001 as Real Estate agent, became a Satellite technician in 2004 then learned the trade of Audio-Video and became a Home Theater contractor in 2004. In a need to grow I became a Certified Home Automation tech in 2014, study for and passed the Texas Residential Fire/Security Alarm Tech Licensed in 2016 . With a passion for both Real Estate and technology I took a natural progression and recieved Mortgage Field Services Inspector certificate of completion in 2017 and look forward to being the most thorough, organized, detail oriented Property Inspector and Preservationist in Texas.
