I am a new, young independent contractor looking to get started as a property inspector. While I do not have any experience in this field, I am quick to learn, and I am very interested in this type of job. I have completed the free course on mortgagefieldservices.com and have an understanding of these services: Property Inspections, Occupancy Verification, Letter Delivery, Interior Inspections, and Insurance Loss Draft, and have an understanding of how to use InspectorADE from the web and from the cell phone application. I am looking to work in the Jefferson County area, focusing on the towns of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and White Hall, Arkansas.
