Pre-Post move in/out HUD inspections, letter drops, occupancy verification, insurance inspections, damage assessment, draft inspections, pre/post property purchase, interior/exterior inspections.
Preservation Services: Clean-out after move, securing home, interior painting, sealant treatment - windows, counters, light fixtures, baseboards. Painting - interior only. Wall repair- patching- holes in the wall and prevention - bug spray application. Cleaning - general clean out (personal items) detailed - prep for new tenant.
Notary - Licensed and insured - cash for keys, document runner, document recording.
