Hared working individual contractor that is currently employed in a non related field, have experience in a wide range of fields, current skills include, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, small appliance and computer repairs, small engine repairs, maintenance on well kept high end properties, and landscaping, some people call what i do handyman work but i can do much more than that simple description. Some of the skills i listed are irrelevant to this job but it shows that i have the ability to do many things and the intelligence and experience to determine what is and what is not at a property and if there is any damage. I have good transportation an Iphone7 plus, laptop, printer, a vast array of tools including volt tester, and very technically inclined. I came across and add describing this work and thought it would be worth trying i can all ways use extra money and have some free time to do it
